UI / Visual Designer

About the project:
Shoto is a mobile app that allows users to organize and share their photos. Users can create an event and share it with friends and family, who then can add their photos to the mix, allowing the entire group to see everyone's photos.

My role:

I was asked to improve the visual design, and optimize the UI and the Create Event flow. In terms of visual design, I designed a consistent icon style, standardized the typography and streamlined the display to better emphasize the photos. I created a bottom navigation bar to improve the visibility of the Create Event flow, as well as the other main sections of the app.
